Handmade Alligator Juniper Flute by Cherokee Artist Darrell Bolin
Key of G Minor | Long Hair No. 32
This beautiful flute by Cherokee artist Darrell Bolin is crafted from alligator juniper, a wood known for its warm golden color and distinct grain patterns. The mouthpiece is carved from bloodwood, giving the instrument a rich red accent that pairs well with the natural tones of the juniper.
The block is shaped from red heart wood in a stylized bird form and tied securely with a matching red wrap. The overall contrast between the three woods creates a visually balanced and refined instrument.
Tuned to G minor at 442 Hz, this six hole flute offers a bright, steady voice with clear projection. Measuring approximately 21 inches, it is comfortable to hold and suitable for players at any level.
