    What are your shop hours?

    We are open from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

    Where are you located?

    The Red Earth Art Center and Sales Gallery are located in their new home in the lobby of the Bancfirst Tower in downtown Oklahoma City. The entrance is located on the South side of the building or Main Street entrance.

    Where do I park?

    Parking is available in the Santa Fe Garage just east of the BancFirst Tower.  Parking is $2 per half hour. 
    Street parking is also available using the available kiosks on the street or with an app (flowbird) on your phone.  If you are walking, we are also accessible by the Underground tunnels.

    Do I have to pay to enter the Art Center and Sales Gallery?

    No, both the Art Center and Sales Gallery are free to experience. Please stop by for a fun and free experience and education on Native products.

    Where do you ship to?

    We can only offer shipping to customers in the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience due to this policy.

    Do you offer in store pick up?

    We do! Just choose the “Pick up at Red Earth” when checking out and we will have your order ready by the next business day.

    If I buy something and have it shipped, will it be insured?

    We offer insurance with your purchase in your cart before checkout. You will see the insurance coverage options under your subtotal. Insurace cost is based off your total price for all of your items, and this will cover your shipment if anything is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing contents. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any products in transit and as such, we strongly reccomend you insure your purchase.

    What is your return policy?

    We do not offer any returns as all sales are final. The proceeds of all sales will go to the artist and helps to fund our arts and education programs.

    What can I do to spread the word about Red Earth?

    Thank you for your excitement and enthusiasm for Red Earth! You can start by inviting friends and family to visit the galleries and take part in our monthly events. You can promote this website on your social media feeds. Or you can reach out to us via email to volunteer your time.
