Celebrate 40 years of Red Earth
Red Earth is turning 40! To mark this milestone, we are inviting an accepted Festival artist to create the official 40th Anniversary Festival T-shirt design for our 2026 celebration on August 1–2, 2026 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
The chosen design will appear on the official anniversary T-shirt and be worn by festivalgoers, artists, and supporters across the community.
Deadline to apply is June 20th, 2026
Ink color: Red
Shirts: Heather Gray
If selected, you must provide a vector file with a transparent background. For now, you may upload a PNG or JPG.
Your design will be printed on the back of the shirt. The Red Earth logo will appear on the front.
Maximum design size is 12.5 × 17 inches.
To apply to have YOUR Design on this years 40 Anniversary shirt, you must have already applied to be a Festival artist. To have your design approved, you must be an Accepted Festival artist.
If you have already been accepted to festival and paid your booth fee, you may still apply. If your design is selected, your booth fee will be refunded. If you have applied in the current round of jurying and have not recived your accpetance letter yet, you will be compensated a booth.
What the artist receives
The winning artist will have their work featured as the official 40th Anniversary Festival T-shirt design for Red Earth 2026 and the artist will be compensated a booth at the Red Earth Festival. This is a special chance to be part of a milestone year and have your artwork tied to this landmark celebration.
