Get out your western duds and join Red Earth for a rollicking night at the Will Rogers Theatre & Event Center during the Red Earth Buffalo Bash & Wild West Showdown. Paula McClellan Cagigal and award-winning artist Jim VanDeman serve as co-chairman of the annual fundraising event that supports year-round programming at the Red Earth Art Center in downtown Oklahoma City.
The Buffalo Bash & Wild West Showdown, scheduled Thursday, Nov 5 from 7-11 pm, features an evening of food, cocktails, dancing to the Lightning Creek Band, raffles, games and prizes. The event is set inside the historic Will Rogers Theatre & Event Center, located at 4322 N. Western in the Crown Heights District.
“We’ve planned this event to be a fun evening with great food and libations in addition to games of chance with some very nice prizes,” said Paula McClellan Cagigal, co-chairman of the event. “We’ve assembled a terrific committee who have been busy soliciting prizes and experiences from some of Oklahoma City’s most well-known merchants, and we’ve come up with some fun and unique ways to win! I know this year’s Buffalo Bash will appeal to everyone!”
Other committee members include Lona Barrick, Margaret Knight, Teri Stanek, Barbara Baldwin, Leslie Blair, Cynthia Cope, and Beth Barnes Lott.
Reservations for the Red Earth Buffalo Bash & Wild West Showdown are $75 per person and can be made online at www.RedEarth.org .
