Our selection process for volunteers is thorough, as we hold our team members to high standards to represent Red Earth with excellence.

A member of the staff will contact you to learn more about you and your past involvement in Red Earth.

Volunteers must be sixteen years of age or older; if under eighteen, the volunteer must volunteer with a parent. Volunteer will work with artists
and to unload vehicles and set up the Festival. Requires walking and lifting.
