Understanding Regalia Series at the Culture Hub

Earlier this year, we proudly shared that Red Earth was awarded an Oklahoma City Community Foundation Culture & Community grant to launch our new educational initiative, Understanding Regalia. You can read about that exciting news by clicking the button below.
Now, the series is underway—and we’re inviting YOU to be a part of it.

What is Understanding Regalia?
This free public program is designed to help people of all ages learn more about the traditions, stories, and cultural importance of Native regalia. Through conversation, demonstration, and hands-on experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of what regalia truly represents—heritage, identity, and respect.

We’ve already hosted one incredible session and are thrilled to continue the series this spring at the Culture Hub, located at:
228 SW 25th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73109
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Free and open to the public
Upcoming Dates & Highlights:
April 17
May 1
May 15
Whether you’re connected to Native culture or just starting to explore it, Understanding Regalia offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and celebrate.
