Jasmine Phetsachsith, from Jenks, OK, comes from the ZonZoLi district of the Osage Nation. She is a full-time student at Oklahoma State University studying Statistics and Finance. She is a self-taught seamstress and spends free time sewing and teaching ribbon skirt classes. Her work has expanded from custom ribbon skirts, applique, broadcloth bags and baby bonnets.
Some of her most notable work includes being a co-designer for the First Americans Museum grand opening fashion show and winter fashion show, designing outfits for pageant contestants throughout Indian Country and taking part in arts & crafts shows.
